October GBOMB

Good Potty training. We potty trained AJ at 20 months. I feel like it took him a solid few months to really have the hang of it. But we did not night train him; I was feeling lazy about it. The last couple weeks of September, he started waking up dry. He'd be so proud to show us. I love that this happened on its own right when I was getting ready to try night training. The last week of October we switched to underwear at night, and he's done awesome!  Blood test. This goes with fertility, but I had some awesome news on Friday, October 24. Some background: I had my AMH (anti mullerian hormone - indicator for egg reserve) tested in 2020. It was 2.44--normal. I had it tested a year ago through Utah Fertility Center. They told me it was 0.77. I was emotional and confused. I had them re-test, and it came back at 0.83. Well, the surgeon I was trying to get in with had me do cycle day 3 blood work. October in Review

10/1 I was up early for the gym. It was a busy day at work with popcorn, teaching ESL, and the U&I (culture) Fair in the afternoon. It was really awesome to experience the fair. I stopped to pay rent, picked up AJ, and we went to Itto for dinner. Lettuce from my garden 10/2 I was up early for the gym so I could avoid an even earlier morning on Friday. Matthew said AJ had cried in the middle of the night. I had a virtual appointment to start the process of surgery for endometriosis. Then daycare texted us that he was complaining about his ear and had a fever. My manager's manager picked up Costa Vida (we self-paid), so I had a fun lunch for a change. I went to get him around 1:15, worked at home, and then took him to the doctor. Thankfully she said to wait 3-5 days before starting antibiotics. After ibuprofen AJ felt loads better, but hit a wall again around 7pm. We did bath and bed like normal.  10/3 AJ's sleep was disrupted again--he cried a few times through the night. I ...
