Charlie Brown-jun

That is how the Japanese say "Charlie Brown." Just watch Kill Bill if you don't believe me.

Several weeks ago, I went to a yummy restaurant in Salt Lake with some friends. It's called the Lone Star Taqueria. I'd send you to a website if I had any luck finding one for their restaurant. But we heard about this place on a show on the Food Network. It was delicious.

Shortly after this meal, we went to the mall. One of the first stores we encountered when we walked into the mall was the Asian Gift shop.

On display were some darling bamboo and banzai trees. I couldn't resist.

I bought myself a little lucky banzai and named him Charles.

Darling, isn't it?

Look how small it is. If any of you are unfamiliar with the smallness of my hands, they're about six inches in length from the bottom of my palm to the tip of my middle finger.

Oh, I love LOVE Lonestar. It's a favorite stop after playing in the canyons.

Lone Star's Pollo Asada Burrito is to DIE for - I've been eating there for 10 years...in the absence of a website, they do have a listing over at http://www.saltlakeEATS.com
